Recording Studios
Metal Works is a Greater Toronto Area Recording Studio located in Toronto, Ontario that was established in 1978. It started off to be the "creative workspace" for a well known Canadian super-group by the name of Triumph. It has maintained an unsurpassed level of excellence for a little over three decades now and has played a major role in creating some of the world's most popular artists and music. This studio has Grade A clientele, working with artists such as Katy Perry, Drake, Lil Wayne, and Christina Aguilera just to name a few.
Revolution Recording is another Toronto Recording Studio that is said to be dedicated to the highest possible standards in music recording. This studio was designed to provide the best recording quality an artist could receive with acoustic architecture. Revolution Recording is composed of three main studio rooms; Studio A, Studio B, and Studio C, in which they all serve a specific purpose. For instance, Studio B is a beautiful recording room with built in wall diffusors on hickory barn boarding. This studio room is best used for overdubbing and smaller tracking sessions. In each of the studios is a control room and then the actual recording room/booths. These spaces can accommodate groups as large as full blown orchestras to ample room for musicians who may need to settle for an extended stay.
Phase One Studios is Canada's oldest operational studio. In 1974 two men by the names of Paul Gross and Doug Hill came up with the idea to build a world class recording studio in Scarborough, Ontario. Since then, the music scene in Toronto has not been the same. After going through an extreme metamorphosis in 2001, Phase One Studio was not only introduced to the modern age but was now a universal studio that catered to artists of all genres.
